ECC 2021

The Endovascular Cardiac Complications Course (ECC) is one of the major international congress on cardiac complications. This 2-day event usually brings more than 400 participants worldwide.

Challenge

Even though the ECC course was planned from the start as a hybrid event, the sanitary situation wasn’t ideal to organize a face to face event.  The event had to be reshaped into a 100% digitalized version.

Solution

Com&Co and the ECC Board worked closely to create an event that would keep the high scientific quality, maintain the international knowledge exchange and meet up all of the onsite expectations.

 

Com&Co has created a specific virtual environment where knowledge, interaction and innovation were just a click away. Live sessions from 9 international hubs, located in specific regions where ECC members mostly come from, a Forum where participants could discuss the newest hot topics on cardiac complications, a case library to share experience and tips & tricks, virtual booth to discover the latest innovation in the cardiac field and so much more.

Cardiac complications are quite common but few eventsmake them their main educational focus. The ECC course has gained twice its usual audience, gathering more than 950 participants amongst whom more than 800 were Healthcare professionals coming from 104 different countries, during its 17 hours of broadcasting.

VOD

The real strength of a digital event is to make it accessible easily to all. The entire ECC course is available on VOD on the dedicated website, giving the opportunity to a large audience to access a major educational event for free.
