• expressly authorize the company COM&CO EVENTS located 15 Boulevard Grawitz, 13016 Marseille (France) (RCS Marseille 528 558 125) and its subcontractor, the company MEDISTREAM PRODUCTIONS located 15 Boulevard Grawitz, 13016 Marseille (RCS Marseille 751 649 153), within the framework of face-to-face and/or digital events taking place during 2025, to capture and record my image and voice during the presentation, including my written support, made by myself, and to use my photo on the various printed and/or digital media concerning said events;

• declare that I own all intellectual property rights related to the Presentation necessary for the validity of the present authorization;

• authorize the aforesaid companies (i) to reproduce the Presentation by any known and unknown technical process (graphic, photographic, digital, etc.….), on any medium and format, for infinite use, in whole or partially, jointly or separately, (ii) to communicate to the audience the Presentation, (iii) to reproduce, modify in all or in part the Presentation by any known and unknown technical process (graphic, photographic, digital, etc.….) and through any broadcasting medium, known or unknown to this day, and in particular, to communicate by electronic mean (website), in any medium, receiving devices whatsoever, as well as by any analog or digital processes or audiovisual or mobile or fixed transmission mode (mobile application and digital tablet) used as well as written or electronic medium (such as guide, brochures, prints of any nature, posters, covers, website, social media, blog);

• agree that the Presentation may be used worldwide, from the date of signature of the present authorization for the legal duration of copyright according to the rules in force in each relevant country;

• expressly acknowledge that this authorization is free of charge and undertake not to ask for and/or claim any compensation for the use of the Presentation;

• agree, for the purpose of the present authorization, that all or part of my personal data (title, first name, last name and profession) are mentioned within the framework of the reproduction and diffusion/broadcasting of the Presentation;

• acknowledge that captions and commentaries that may be provided with the complete and/or partial reproduction and representation of the Presentation in the conditions hereinabove will not damage my image, reputation, dignity and/or privacy.
